I was South of Shanghai with Craig a Canadian planning engineer viewing several land sites for resorts, club houses and mansion to start design on Western architectural style log construction.
An 8848 square foot lodge for Mexico! We are still working on the design and soon drafting plans for this large family vacation home to be built with western red cedar logs.

We designed this 3951 sq.ft. living space western red cedar log home in 2013 and the detached garage / rec. room in 2014. A unique design including a Mirador lookout at very top to catch the view from all sides.

This log cabin is being built by Granberg constructions with 14″ diameter midspan D-fir logs. The design has four bedrooms when counting the basement suite. Located west of Kamloops BC, this is a recreational property that will eventually become a full time residence.
Forbidden plateau on Vancouver island is a log post and beam construction with two master suites on main floor and a sleeping loft at second floor. This home totals 2570 square feet.
This creative log home design will be built at Chilliwack lake BC. The LOG NEST was designed to capture a 360 degree view of surrounding mountains and lake. This 1420 sq.ft. footprint home boasts two bedrooms on main and two possible bedrooms in walkout basement plus a lookout tower getaway. Including basement, living space totals 2970 square foot.
This timber frame accent home was designed for Whitehorse Yukon with a strong focus on insulation. We designed exterior walls to be 2 layers of 2×4 frame walls with low and high density spray foam (R42), roof to be 16″ eng web truss rafters with high density spray foam (R84)!
