We are just completing a log post and beam home of 3900 square feet, with slab on grade for a customer in Christchurch, New Zealand using local 16″ diameter pine.
This is the fourth time we are using this stunning RCM CAD house design, that has already been built in Texas as a log post and beam and in Pennsylvania as a timber post and beam construction.

This design is a bigger version of our Malta original design with added single garage and a large second floor to house the whole extended family.
